Edward O. Brooks III, M.D. brings extensive experience in emergency medicine, medical leadership, and specialized care environments. His background includes work across hospitals of varying sizes, recovery and detox programs, and correctional healthcare systems.
In addition to clinical practice, he has served in medical leadership roles, including EMS oversight and program direction. His experience supports the clinical standards and operational approach behind Blue Mass services.
Outside of professional responsibilities, Dr. Brooks maintains interests in aviation, high-performance engineering, and agricultural operations.

Misty McKinneyRN, FNP-BC, ACNP-BC
Misty McKinney began her professional career as an accountant at JCPenney Corporate Headquarters before pursuing a career in nursing. She earned her Registered Nurse (RN) license from Grayson Community College and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) while working as a charge nurse in the Emergency Department at Baylor Hospital Systems.
She gained clinical experience in the Emergency Department, PACU, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, ICU, and PCU. Misty completed her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner education at Walden University and later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree from the University of Cincinnati.
She has worked in urgent care, correctional healthcare, and with the RISE Recovery Program, providing care for patients undergoing drug and alcohol detoxification. She is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages.
